Postoje neki okusi koji te vraćaju u djetnjstvo :-) Ovaj kolač me zaista vraća unazad, i dok je moja mama ovaj kolač zvala "torta mizerija" vjerojatno po skromnosti u namirnicama i njegovoj jednostavnosti, ja sam ga odlučila malo prilagoditi današnjem vremenu, dati mu neke nove sastojke, obogatiti ga pravim organskim kakaom i tamnom čokoladom čime se s pravom može reći da je sada ovaj kolač postao pravi "bogati ljepotan". :-)<br />

Smjesu izlijte u tepsiju/lim veličine cca 20×30 cm, prethodno premazan maslacem i obložen papirom za pečenje. Kolač pecite ga u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200°C oko 25 minuta. Kada se kolač ohladi, prelijte ga još vrućom (obavezno) glazurom od čokolade.</span><br />

<i><b>Postupak izrade:</b></i></div>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Zagrijte pećnicu na 200°C.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Na malo maslinovog ulja popržite bijele dijelove poriluka, pa kad požute dodajte pancetu ili pršut, pirjajte svega nekoliko minuta, pa dodajte naribanu bundevu i na kolutiće narezan poriluk. Pirjajte povrće 10ak minuta ili dok bundeva i poriluk ne uvenu. Pustite sa strane da se ohladi.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">U dubljoj posudi pomiješajte ricottu, parmezan, sol i ostale začine. Dodajte jedno jaje i mješavinu sa povrćem. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sada slijedi zabavan dio i slaganje! Tepsiju, vatrostalnu ili bilo kakvu keramičku posudu promjera otprilike 30x18 ili (28x16 cm) malo premažite uljem, na dno stavite malo salse, dodajte jedan sloj listova tjestenine, pa red nadjeva sa bundevom i sirom. Na to stavite opet red tjestenine. Postupak ponavljajte dok ne utrošite sve sastojke, listove tjestenine i nadjev za punjenje. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Posljedni red tjestenine kojeg ste stavili na umak od rajčice pospite još jednom sa umakom, pa na njega stavite narezanu mozzarellu, malo parmezana, maslinovo ulje i sol.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Posudu za pečenje stavite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu i pecite 40-ak minuta. Lazanje poslužite uz svježu salatu, čašu bijeloga vina i uživajte!</li>

<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">U velikoj zdjeli pomiješajte naribanu bundevu, vodu, griz, grožđice i med. Dodajte jaje sa kiselim vrhnjem. Smjesu polako izlijte na kore.</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px; text-align: justify;">Kolač stavite peći na 30-ak minuta, pa ga potom izvadite i posipajte tostiranim lješnjacima ili bademima. Zobene pahuljice, cimet, vodu i mlijeko stavite u malu posudicu kuhati na srednje jaku vatru. Miješajte kašu dok se sva voda ne upije, a kaša ne zgusne. Dodajte med, pa maknite kašu sa vatre. U međuvremenu napravite petominutni džem od smrznutih malina tako što ćete na srednje jakoj vatri kuhati maline i med lagano miješajući dok se voće ne zgusne. Rasporedite kašu u zdjelice, prelijte džem od maline i poslužite uz svježe voće, suho voće i ostale dodatke po želj :-)</div>

Sve suhe sastojke pomiješajte u kuhinjskom robotu, pa dodajte i datulje i ekstrakt vanilije. Morate dobiti ljepljivo tijesto koje utisnete na papir za pečenje koji ste stavili u manji kalup otprilike 13x13 cm. </div>

Pripremite glazuru tako što ćete pomiješati sve sastojke u zdjelici na laganoj vatri i preliti preko "brownie tijesta". Kalup stavite u hladnjak na hlađenje nekoliko sati ili zamrznite na poal sata, pa nakon toga izvadite i režite kocke jednake veličine i poslužite. <li>Zagrijte pećnicu na 180°C.</li>
<li>Ocijedite četiri naranče, trebali biste dobiti soka otprilike oko 150 ml.</li>
<li>Izmjerite ulje, rum i med u posebnoj zdjelici. U posebnoj posudi, lagano pjenjačom istucite dva jaja, pa ih umiješajte u zdjelu sa uljem.</li>
<li>Prosijte brašno u drugoj zdjeli, dodajte mu šećer, začine, kakao prah i prstohvat soli.</li>
<li>Nasjeckajte čokoladu na komadiće, smokve izrežite na četvrtine, a lješnjake grubo nasjeckajte, pa sve skupa umješajte u zdjelu sa suhim sastojcima.</li>
<li>Mokre sastojke prelijte preko suhih sastojaka i miješajte dok se sve dobro ne sjedini i postane gusta smjesa. Nemojte previše miješati jer bi kolač na kraju mogao ispasti gust i krut.</li>
<li>Kalup za kuglof dobro namastite, pa ulijte smjesu i stavite ga na pečenje oko 25 minuta u sredinu peći. Nakon toga okrenite ga za 180 °C i pecite još 20 minuta ( prekrijte ga obavezno folijom)</li>
<li>Testirajte kolač prilikom vađenja iz pećnice, tako da polagano pritisnete tijesto u sredini, trebalo bi biti poprlično čvrsto, a ne kao "žele".</li>
<li>Za pripremiti čokoladnu glazuru, u manjoj zdjeli otopite med, dodajte mu rum i sok jedne naranče. kada umak zavrije maknite ga sa vatre i pustite 2 minute da se ohladi.</li>
<li>U umak potom dodajte prvo nasjeckanu čokoladu, pomiješajte, maslac, pa miješajte dok ne dobijete gusti i sjajni umak.</li>
<li> Pustite da se glazura malo stisne prije nego li je prelijete preko kuglofa. </li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Skuhajte rižine rezance prema uputstvima na pakiranju.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">U međuvremenu, u dubljoj i širokoj takvi, na malo maslinovog ulja zagrijte sitno sjeckanu kapulicu, korabicu, crvenu papriku i cherry rajčice.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Dodajte pancetu i rezance od tikvica, pa sve skupa pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri oko 5-7 minuta ili dok tikvice ne puste većinu svoje vode. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Umiješajte u tavu rižine rezance i malo vrhnja po želji (ja sam koristila rižino vrhnje), pa začinite, pustite na vatri još koju minuticu. I na kraju obilno posipajte parmezanom! Dobar tek!!!</li>

<ol style="background-color: #fdf9fc; color: #2b2b2b; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Pećnicu zagrijte na 180°C. Pjenasto izmiksajte cijela jaja, vanilin šećer, smeđi šećer i med. Smjesi dodajte maslac, jogurt i brašno koje ste prethodno pomiješali sa praškom za pecivo.</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Višnje očistite i posipajte ih sa cimetom i bademovim brašnom kako bi se pravilno rasporedile i pale u tijesto. Umjesto brašna od badema možete ih posuti i sa nekoliko žlica običnoga brašna. </li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Smjesu izlijte u kalup ili protrvan koji ste prethodno obložili papirom za pečenje ili premazali maslacem i posuli brašnom. Preko tijesta, prije pečenja posipajte višnje. Biskvit pecite oko 35 minuta na zadanoj temperaturi.</li>

Pripremite kalup za smjesu i obožite ga papirom za pečenje. Ja sam radila sa običnom plastičnom posudom. Pomiješajte oba jogurta, med i na kraju laganim pokretima umiješajte gotovo cijelu količinu šumsko voća, dio ostavite sa strane. Smjesu rasporedite po kalupu, a ostatak voća posipajte povrh smjese. Smjesu stavite u zamrzivač na hlađenje i izvadite nakon nekoliko sati kada se stisne, pa režite pločice željejnih dimenzija!</div>

Ovaj namaz možete napraviti na dva načina. Ukoliko ne koristite kuhinjski robot ili blender predlažem da u jednoj zdjelici pomiješajte obje vrste jogurta i sir, dodajte smjesi sitno nasjeckanu kapulicu, mljevenu papriku, sol i maslinovo ulje. U mužaru ili mlincu za kavu sameljite lanene i suncokretove sjemenke i lješnjake (ako radite namaz sa njima), pa ih potom umiješajte u glavnu zdjelicu sa jogurtima. Namaz stavite u hladnjak na hlađenje na 1-2 h i to je to!</div>

Ja sam htjela kremasti namaz, pa sam koristila blender. Sve sastojke sam ubacila u blender i miksala dok nisam dobila željenu teksturu. Namaz je bio tekuć i to je normalno zbog velikog broja okretaja aparata, pa se smjesa ugrije. No, nakon hlađenja u hladnjaku dobijete jako fin kremasti namaz koji možete poslužiti kao ja uz običan ili pak tostirani kruh, uz komadić domaće kobasice i <a href="http://www.euromilk.hr/sir-dragec/suseni-s-crvenom-paprikom/">Dragec sušeni sir sa crvenom paprikom</a> ili <a href="http://www.euromilk.hr/sir-dragec/dimljeni/">Dragec dimljeni sir</a> mljekare Euromilk. Shakshuka, jelo od poširanih jaja u umaku od rajčice i luka, izvornog podrijetla iz Tunisa, danas je vrlo popularna među narodima Srednjeg Istoka i Sjeverne Afrike, ali i kod nas. Često je začinjena kuminom, a varijacija na jelo ima bazbroj. Ja sam tako spremila vrlo jednostavnu shakshuku minimalno začinjenu na podlozi od humusa, no vi se možete poigrati peršinom, paprom, chilijem, povrćem poput špinata i sl.</div>

Na srednje jakoj vatri, na tavi zagrijte ulje, pa dodajte nasjeckanu kapulu, češnjak i svježu čili papričicu. Pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri oko 15 minuta ili dok luk ne omekša. Dodajte umak od rajčica i pustite da sve skupa zavrije.<b style="font-style: italic;"> </b>Potom pustite neka umak krčka na laganoj vatri uz lagano miješanje dok se ne reducira. Ukoliko je potrebno dodajte vode (ako umak postane presuh). </div>

Napravite četiri male udubine i razbijte jedno po jedno jaje u svaku. Kuhajte jaja po želji i ukusu, netko voli više zapečeno, a netko manje. </div>

Tikvice naribajte, pomijašajte sa soli i pustite u posebnoj zdjeli da puste višak tekućine. Nakon pola sata ih ocijedite i pomiješajte sa jednim jajem, uljem i brašnom. Pećnicu zagrijte na 250°C. Oblikujte polpete željene veličine i posložite ih na tepsiju od pećnice koju ste prethodno obložili papirom za pečenje. Polpete pecite oko 45 minuta na temperaturi od 200°C. (po potrebi smanjite temperaturu)</div>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Prvo pripremite tijesto za galette. Pomiješajte vodu i mlijeko. U velikoj zdjeli prosijte sve vrste brašna, pa dodajte mljevene chia sjemenke, šećer i sol. Brašnu dodajte maslac narezan na male kockice. Umijesite tijesto rukama ili pomoću kuhinjskog robota dok se maslac ne razbije na komadiće veličine badema ili graška.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Postepeno tijestu dodavajte mješavinu sa vodom. To možete raditi sa jednom žlicom kako bi se ravnomjerno rasporedila tekćina po brašnu, a ne zadržala na dnu zdjele. Umijesite prhko tijesto rukama, oblikujte ga u lopticu, umotajte u plastičnu foliju, pa ga pustite da se hladi i miruje oko 30-ak minuta.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Kada se tijesto ohladilo razvaljajte ga na pobrašnjeloj podlozi u oblik kvadrata. Taj kvadrat potom razrežite na 9 jednakih kvadrata. Svaki kvadrat razvaljajte u krug veličine 16 cm i debljine oko 0,4 cm. Koristeći nož za pizzu možete lijepo odrezati tijesto u oblik kružnice. Krugove potom pospite brašnom i pustite na "odmore" 30 minuta dok vi pripremate tijesto.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Zagrijte pećnicu na 220°C.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Krenite pripremati punjenje. U srednje velikoj zdjeli pripremite šećer. Dodajte mu limunovu koricu, vaniliju, te na kraju kukuruzno brašno i sol.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">U velikoj zdjeli pomiješajte izrezano voće. Marelice i breskve narežite na kockice, ploškice željene veličine, a trešnje samo prepolovite. Voće prelijte limunovim sokom. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Na pripremljeni papir za pečenje stavite tijesto. Trebali biste raditi vrlo brzo kako voće ne bi izgubilo previše tekućine. Voću dodajte mješavinu šećera i malo promiješajte. Podijelite mješavinu između krugova od tijesta na sredinu, ostavljajući oko 2,5 cm rubove sa svih strana prazne. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Uvinite rubove tijesta tako da ostavite 5 cm "prozorčić" u sredini, naborajte ga po želji, pa na kraju pritisnite da ga lagano poravnate. Uspite unutra još malo voća i preostalog voćnog soka koji vam je ostao na dnu zdjele. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Rubove tijesta možete lagano premazati umućenim jajetom ili za alternativu možete korstiti chia jaje. (pomiješajte jednu žlicu mljevenih chia sjemenki sa 3 žlice vode i pustite u hladnjaku na 15 minuta).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Pecite galette oko 30-35 minuta dok tijesto ne bude zlatno i hrskavo, a voće unutar ne počne stvarati mjehuriće.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"> Ja sam ovu količinu pekla u dva puta. Dok su još vruće, izvadite ih iz pećnice na stalak za hlađenje, pustite ih da se u potpunosti ohlade, pa poslužite sladoledom ukoliko želite. Galette su najbolje na sami dan pečenja, na sobnoj temperaturi će moći izdržati 1 dan ili u hladnjaku i do 3 dana. </li>

Izrada svake sirove torte je relativno jednostavna. Torte u slojevima se rade vrlo brzo, u tome je i čar jer imate gotovu slasticu u tren oka!</div>

Za podlogu, u kuhinjskom robotu promiješajte sve sastojke. Smjesu utisnite u kalup za tortu promjera 15-18 cm. (ovo su količine za mjere koje najbolje odgovaraju promjerima od 15-18 cm po visini jer torta ispadne zaista efektno). Stavite podlogu sa kalupom na kratko u hladnjak na hlađenje.</div>

Indijske oraščiće je najbolje namakati preko noći u vodi, ali ako ne stignete dovoljno je i 2-3 h. Nakon toga ih ocijedite i isperite. Stavite ih u blender, pa miksajte do kremaste teksture, dodajte borovnice, ulje, med, limunov sok i sol. Smjesu prelijte preko podloge, stavite u hladnjak na hlađenje, pa na isti način pripremite i kremu od malina. Kada se prva krema dovoljno stisnula, preko nje prelijte i drugu kremu, od malina. Tortu ukrasite po želji, energetskim kuglicama ili voćnim pralinama (smrznuto voće blendano i oblikovano kalupima za čokolatine).</div>

Sve sastojke stavite u blender, multipraktik ili kuhinjski robot, Miksajte dok se povrće ne usitni i ne dobijete homogenu smjesu. Na kraju ubacite jedno jaje, šaku badema i povežite prezlama ili nekim brašnom. Ja sam tijesto lijepo oblikovala sa dvije žlice tapioka brašna. Upalite pećnicu na 180°C. Oblikujte polpetice (od ove količine dobiti ćete oko 12 srednje velikih polpeta), poslažite ih na pek papir i pecite oko 40 minuta na temperaturi od 180°C, ohladite i poslužite po želji, uz omiljeni umak, povrće ili meso. U slast! :-)</div>

<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">U dubokoj zdjeli pomiješajte brašno, šećer, kvasac, i koricu naranče. Možete koristiti ručni mikser, kuhaču ili kuhinjski robot. </span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Dodajte jedno po jedno jaje i vodu i miksajte dok ne dobijete tijesto. Na samome kraju umiješajte kockice maslaca dopuštjući da se otope u tijestu. Miješajte sve dok ne dobijete glatku, elastičnu i pomalo ljepljivu kuglu dizanog tijesta.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Veliku zdjelu nauljite i stavite tijesto da miruje i da se podigne preko noći ili barem na 2h. Prekrjte zdjelu prozirnom folijom.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Sljedećeg dana pripremite čokoladno punjenje. Pomiješajte šećer u prahu, kakao u prahu, otopljenu čokoladu i otopljeni maslac. Izmješajte smjesu sve dok ne postane glatka pasta.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Kalup u kojem ćete peći kolač obložite sa papirom za pečenje.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span start=""><span style="font-family: inherit;">Tijesto će se udvostručiti, no i dalje će biti premekano za rad pa ga trebate ohladiti. Stavite ga u hladnjak na minimalno 2 sata, a najbolje je preko noći (tijesto u hladnjaku može biti i 3-4 dana pa možete odmah zamijesiti i veću količinu, ja sam radila samo količinu za jedan pleh, obično se radi dupla smjesa). </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="text-align: start;">Izvadite tijesto iz hladnjaka i prebacite ga na dosta pobrašnjenu dasku. Sve trebate raditi vrlo brzo kako bi tijesto ostalo hladno i podatno za rad. </span>Tijesto razvaljajte na debljinu oko 1 cm i na dimenzije pravokutnika 38x 28 cm. Rasporedite čokoladno punjenje preko razvaljanog tijesta ostavljajući 2 cm sa svake strane be nadjeva.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Zarolajte tijesto kao što radite sa orehnjačom ili makovnjačom, utisnite krajeve. U<span start="" text-align:="">zmite oštar nož i zarežite roladu po dužini tako. Primaknite rolade jednu drugoj i isprepletite ih u pletenicu.</span> Kolač stavite u kalup za pečenje dimenzija 20x30 cm, prekrijte mokrom krpom i pustite ga da se diže 1h do 1h30 min na toplom mjestu.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Zarijte pećnicu na 170°C. Kada se babka podigla stavite je peći 30 minuta na srednju policu u pećnici. <span start="">Pred kraj isprobajte čačkalicom da li je pečeno, a ako vam se čini da je korica pretamna pokrijte ju do kraja papirom za pečenje.</span></span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">U međuvremenu pripremite sirup koji ćete preliti preko kolača dok je još topao. U manjoj zdjelici zagrijte šećer i vodu na srednje jakoj vatri. Kad se šećer potpuno otopi i kada sirup krene ključati odmaknite zdjelu sa vatre i pustite da se ohladi.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Pečeni kolač prelijte sa sirupom i premažite kistom temeljito.</span></li>
